*DESUPERHEATER FOR HOT WATER*
By using heat rejected from the unit to preheat your home's water, you'll have hot water provided virtually "free" during cooling and very efficiently during heating. The desuperheater also reduces the amount of time the hot water heater runs.
*ADDED COMFORT AND QUIET WITH A VARIABLE SPEED MOTOR*
What a difference a variable speed motor makes. Why? Well, the the G.E. ICM (Integrated Control Motor) variable speed motor offered as an option means that it will not only run quieter than a conventional motor, but it will also make your home more comfortable and save you money. Standard motors have only "off" and "on" speeds. When it's on, a standard motor will run at full capacity while using the maximum amount of energy. Our ICM motor is a smart motor that can vary its speed between zero and maximum. It starts quietly and slowly ramps up, using very little energy in the process.
*A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND*
When you purchase your geothermal system from us, you can rest easy. That's because the entire refrigerant circuit, including the compressor expansion device and all heat exchangers in contact with refrigerant are warranted for five years. Optional 10 year warranty available also.
